A lot of people tell me that I don’t need to lose weight, that I’m fine the way I am. But they aren’t the ones who try on a cute dress, then immediately take it off because a size large is too tight. I sit at a healthy BMI of 21.3 so in writing I guess I am fine the way I am. My goal isn’t to lose weight, it’s too lose inches. Because I have now learnt muscle can weigh much more than fat, but also take up much less room then fat. I also need to do this for my health, my diet was not anything great. I’d eat chips and drink soda almost everyday and I wouldn’t go near a piece of fruit. My blood pressure also gave my doctor an uncomfortable look on his face and he told me that I need to get it down which can be done by exercising more. Little did he know I hadn’t exercised for years. 
So here I go, making a change for myself and my health.
